ABOUT
YM! is an Artist Management, Events, and Promotions company based in Chicago. Originally operating under the name YeaMan! as a grass roots entertainment collective, we understand what it means to make a meaningful connection. We’ve grown a lot since then and learned that in the entertainment industry you must ambitiously and simultaneously pursue multiple avenues, hence the three hats we wear.
MANAGEMENT
As representatives of artists and their creations, we
find it necessary to stay professionally creative ourselves. We utilize
our education and experience to facilitate the development and
longevity of artist careers as we maneuver together through today’s
business landscape. We have an appreciation for all genres, but focus
on motivated indie artists whose music we have a passion for. EVENTS
As event specialists we deliver a fresh take on building
authentic experiences and possess the necessary organization to
streamline execution. Whether we’re executing our own events or
coordinating, staffing, producing, hosting, and/or acquiring
sponsorship for others we strive for perfection and live for follow
through.PROMOTIONS
We like to get our hands
dirty, and by using our extensive influence, we build strong
connections between producers and consumers. For our clients and
creative partners we assist with the implementation of viral,
guerrilla, street team, and other non-traditional campaigns to create
the buzz necessary to increase demand.
